CCECC commended for engineering fit in Bayelsa

The chairman of the directorate for project monitoring and evaluation, Engr. Ebiye Tarabina has described the technical engineering capabilities and competence of China Civil engineering and construction company (CCECC) as one of the reputable and engineering integrity benchmark in the state.

Engr. Tarabina made the remarks while inspecting the Angiama/ Oporoma bridge project in southern Ijaw Local Government Area of the state, on Wednesday, July, 12, 2023.

The project monitoring team also inspected the new commissioner’s and the assembly quarters sites at Onopa, and the Akaba/Okodi road project in Yenagoa/ Ogbia Local Government Area of the state.

The project monitoring boss noted that the CCECC has demonstrated unwavering commitment in delivering excellent and lasting quality projects in the state, however, urged the company to increase the pace to achieved more milestones in the coming days.

He reiterated the present administration’s commitment at infrastructural development in the state, assuring Bayelsans that the Douye Diri administration will drive the projects to it’s conclusion.

He called on Bayelsans for their unalloyed support to the Douye Diri led administration for the speedy transformation and prosperity of the state for the common good of the people.

Responding, the project manager of CCECC, Engr. Peter Pam expressed the company’s appreciation to the state Government and the people of the state for the confidence repose in his company as one of the contractors to deliver key infrastructural projects in the state.

Engr. Pam also appreciated the CCECC project team for the peaceful cooperation that birthed successful execution of projects in the state.

He said with the avowed commitment of the Douye Diri led administration on infrastructural development in the state, the project would be completed on record time.

The chairman was accompanied by the Secretary of the board, Engr. Sampson Igodo, board members, engineers among others.
