The Church of Eternal Life has constructed and commissioned three-floor Medical Center to be accessed by all members of the public irrespective of religion or any other considerations.
Performing the commissioning ceremony of the multi-million naira facility christened Messiah Medical Center, Rev Dr Paul Enenche commended the vision of the church, saying the Church has been a phenomenal agent of civilization Iin the world.
Rev Enenche said it is on record that the Church has over time originated well founded hospitals to cater for physical health of its members and the general public, pointing also that most of the leading universities in the world today are landmarks of missionary efforts and activities.
Speaking on the conception of the project, Senior Pastor of the Church of Eternal Life, Rev Sunday Acadame, he received a message spiritually to embark on the project and make it available for the practice of Christ-like hospitality.
As the hospital commences operations, Rev Academe assured that through out the first one week, all services by the hospital will be free of charge and available all day.
Academe said the success story of the medical facility is basically that of the Church of Eternal Life and its members and contributions from well meaning people including his family members, maintaining however that the Hospital will cheerfully welcome and receive assistance from any pubic-spirited donors to enhace it’s drive for quality service delivery.
Represented by the commissioner for special duties and inter-governmental affairs, Irmiya Sauni Werre, Plateau State governor, Simon Bako Lalong, commended the vision and effort of the Church of Eternal Life, Jos, for expanding access to quality health care delivery in the State.
Those who graced the occasion included Prophet Isa El Buba, the Commandant of Operation Safe Haven, Sector Commander of the Federal Road Safety Corps, etc.
