The Chartered Institute of Public Diplomacy and Management, CIPDM, over the weekend but in Lagos inducted the Deputy Director and Head Media of the Nigeria Christian Pilgrims Commission, NCPC, Mr. Celestine Ogugua Toruka as a Fellow.
The induction and lecture was held at the auditorium of the Nigerian Institute of Medical Research Lagos.
The event was superintended by the Registrar of the Institute, Dr Oyewole Sarumi, FCPDM on behalf of the President/ Chairman of Council of Fellows Chartered Institute of Public Diplomacy and Management, Prof.Mike Ikupolati.
According to CIPDM, Toruka’s Fellowship award and recognition was based on his high level of professionalism he had injected into the Commission over the years, coupled with his distinguished service to humanity.
“He is indeed an astute administrator and a seasoned professional to the core.
The highlight of the event was the induction of the 21 Fellowship award inductees.”
Furthermore, The NCPC Image Maker is a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants, FIMC, member of the Nigeria Institute of Public Relations, NlPR, member of the Nigerian Union of Journalists as well as an alumnus of the prestigious University of Jos, Nigeria.
