Court postpones judgment on Ayade’s defection

A Federal High Court in Abuja has postponed the delivery of judgement in a suit seeking to sack the Cross River Governor, Ben Ayande and his Deputy, Ivara Esu.

The judgement was rescheduled for April 6, 2022.

In the suit marked, FHC/ABI/CS/975/2021, the Peoples Democratic Party asked the court to sack Ayade and his deputy over their defection from PDP to the All Progressives Congress.
