C’RIVER PLAN CHRISTMAS CAROL FIESTA

Cross River State is planning a Carol Night Celebration tagged a Night of 11,111 Single Choir Ministration. It’s a festival of songs, praises and worship.

The event which is the first-ever is coming up on Friday, December 20, 2019, at the U. J. Esuene Stadium, Calabar by 6:00 pm and will last till dawn.

The Christmas Carols fiesta is organized by the Government House Chapel, Calabar.

The Chairman of the Media/Publicity sub-committee, Comrade Terim Igbodori told Daybreak that, “the essence is to glorify God for His faithfulness to the people of the state, God has been good to us as a people, so we need to celebrate him in praise and worship”, He added.

In a related development, the Qua Constituent Assemble, an umbrella association of the Qua people in Calabar will hold a 3 days Revival Crusade from November 27th – 30th, 2019.

The Theme is “Hold fast to that you have”. The spokesman of the Assembly – Apostle Ekong Ekong Okon told Daybreak that the aim is for the well being of the Sons and Daughters who will make themselves available for the spiritual exercise. According to him, in these tough times and hostile environment, it is good to “set aside time to be on fire”.
