A Lagos based business man, Mr Thankgod Ugbede Oguche from Ankpa ward 11 takes campaigns of operation deliver your polling units to his ward in Ankpa ward 11 as he urged electorates in the ward to vote for Hon Murtala Yakubu Ajaka of the SDP in the forthcoming kogi state governorship election slated for Nov 11 2023.
Mr Thankgod made the called in Okenyi center when he hosted a rally to mobilize and create awareness for the SDP candidate. Thankgod said, the people of Ankpa ward 1, particularly the people of Okenyi has suffered neglect from previous administration in Kogi state.
He decried the lack and decaying infrastructure of the town due to negligence of the present administration and called on the people to vote massively for the SDP.
The event which was attended by various political stakeholders from Ankpa ward 11 and other dignitaries and allies of Hon Murtala Yakubu Ajaka among who are Hon Enejo Samuel Jibrin aka (Dunga ray) and Emmanuel Attah from Aloji ward in Ofu LGA and dignitaries from across the state. The rally was was put together by various group from the ward with support of prince Haruna yunisa from the Diaspora.
Speaking during the rally, the SDP Ankpa ward 11 leader, Hon Joe Omali thank the organizers and call all the people of the land to support the voting for Muri project to liberate Kogi state from the present situation.
The spokesperson of the group, mr Solomon Okpe thank the community for coming out to the rally and promised them that the Muri administration if elected would deliver on his promises.
