Mr. Ebireri, accompanied by other board members and the Secretary of the Commission, Barr. Austin Uwasike, emphasized the Commission’s commitment to maintaining an effective and responsive workforce for the Delta State Legislature.

He highlighted that recruitment, promotions, training, retraining, and welfare initiatives are top priorities for the Commission, in line with its statutory mandate.

“We will continue to motivate staff for enhanced service delivery and optimal performance. I believe that staff also owe it as a duty to put in their best always in their workplaces,” Ebireri stated.

Alignment with State Government’s Agenda
The Chairman reaffirmed the Commission’s alignment with the MORE agenda of Governor Sheriff Oborevwori, praising the Governor’s commitment to the welfare of workers in the state, including those in the Legislature.

Ebireri expressed gratitude to Governor Oborevwori for funding the promotion exercise and commended Speaker Rt. Hon. Emomotimi Guwor for approving and facilitating the process.
