FEC holds first meeting of the year, Buhari inaugurates CCB members

The first meeting of the Federal Executive Council is currently ongoing at the Presidential Villa, Abuja with President Muhammadu Buhari presiding.

While Buhari, Vice-President Yemi Osinbajo, and some other members are attending from the Villa, others are participating virtually.

Before the meeting went into a closed-door session, Buhari inaugurated three members of the Code of Conduct Bureau and a member of the Police Service Commission.

They are Ehiozuwa Ogbonayinma, Babatunde Balogun and Benedict Umeano for the CCB and Onyemuche Nnamani of the PSC.

Members also observed a minute silence in honour of two former ministers, Jubril Martins-Kuye and Bala Kaoje, who died recently.
