Ganduje Promoting Traditional Institution And Restoration Of Good Leadership-Kano Citizens

Governor Abdullahi Umar Ganduje is becoming more respected on his determination to restore good leadership by promoting traditional institution with due respect, which is a clear indication that Kano would become an exemplary domain in a very near future in terms of leadership.

We are all aware that Dr. Abdullahi Umar Ganduje has increased the number of kano emirates to five which are Bichi, Gaya, Rano, Karaye in addition to renown kano emirate council where all the four newly created emirates were established for decades but due to many reasons kano retains it’s statue as the only emirate before the creation of the above mentioned councils by the Ganduje administration.

Similarly, Ganduje has been described as the best governor who always respects the traditional institutions despites that their might has been reduced by Democratic dispensations long time ago though their being in existence resulted in achieving almost every government programmes like what is being witnessed today.

The increasing number of traditional title holders across kano state is also one of the advantages seen in the state since the creation of additional four emirates while some of the traditional rulers were elevated to the high levels that boost excellent leadership that promotes peace and unity in kano state.

On Friday, the 21st of May, 2021, his highness the emir of Bichi Alhaji Nasir Ado Bayero turbans the new District head of Dawakin Tofa Alhaji Isma’il Umar Ganduje, who is also the Magajin garin Masarautar Bichi in a colourful ceremony where his excellency the executive governor and some top governments functionaries witnessed the events.

This has shown that governor Ganduje is a leader who respects the traditional institutions like what we are witnessing whenever an issue related to traditional rulers is on course while most of the people who spoke to newsmen at the venue of the occasion described Dr. Ganduje as a good leader who is always promoting traditional institutions not only in Kano state, but in Nigeria at large.

Speaking on Ganduje’s respects to traditional institutions, the Rector, Kano state polytechnic, Dr Kabir Bello Dungurawa said that” his excellency governor Abdullahi Umar Ganduje is becoming more populous due to his respects to the traditional rulers and we are certain that with traditional institutions, all programmes that are being introduced by the governments tends to be successful because traditional rulers plays an important role in the implementations of programmes at all levels”

Similarly, the Village head of Dawanau Malam Muktar Said commended governor Ganduje for his determination to keeping traditional institutions more useful in Kano state especially at present when their contributions is getting more recognised in every situation, where he re assured that kano state would continue to be the best in promoting traditional institutions.

In his remark, the newly turbaned District head Alhaji Ismail Umar Ganduje thanked all those who plays a role in actualizing the turbaning, and promised to work selflessly for the peaceful coexistence in his district so as to ensure progress and economic progress at Bichi emirate.
