Gov Alia Felicitates Senate President Akpabio on 63rd Birthday

Benue State Governor, Rev. Fr. Dr. Hyacinth Iormem Alia, has congratulated the President of the Nigerian Senate, Senator Godswill Obot Akpabio, GCON, on his 63rd birthday anniversary.The governor’s message was conveyed in a statement issued by his Chief Press Secretary, Tersoo Kula, on Wednesday in Makurdi.Gov. Alia described Senator Akpabio as an accomplished politician whose leadership qualities have continued to add value to the 10th Senate. He noted that the Senate President’s achievements in public service remain evident across the various offices he has held.“

As a former Commissioner, former Governor of Akwa Ibom State and former Minister of Niger Delta Affairs, the President of the Senate has consistently demonstrated excellence, leaving behind lasting legacies in every role he served,” the statement said.The governor prayed for God’s continued blessings upon Senator Akpabio, asking for divine guidance and strength to enable him to discharge his duties effectively as he leads the nation’s highest legislative chamber.
