Gov Ortom Admonishes Leaders to Provide Purposeful Leadership for all Nigerians as he Celebrates his 60th birthday

Benue State Governor, Samuel Ortom has admonished leaders across the country to provide purposeful leadership for faster growth of the nation.

The Governor made the call on Friday at the Redeemed Christian Church, Makurdi during thanksgiving on the occasion of his 60th birthday anniversary.

He enjoined Nigerian leaders to promote social justice, equity and fairness as panacea for the provision of good governance for all citizens.

Ortom Expressed worry over lack of political will by leaders of the country towards tackling daunting challenges currently rocking the nation.

The Governor attributed his success story to God, prayers and support from the People of the state. He urged the people to continue to trust God to overcome temptations from enemies of the state.

Preaching at the event, Pastor Michael Ayambode called on Christians to always return glory to God for visiting them with His blessings.

The Clergy lauded Governor Ortom over his firm stand in defense of the voiceless, adding that God is working behind the scene on the side of the Governor. Ends
