Governor Mutfwang Congratulates Prof. Onche on Appointment as CMD, National Orthopedic Hospital, Jos

The Governor of Plateau State, Caleb Mutfwang, has extended his congratulations to Prof. Icha Inalegwu Onche on his appointment as the substantive Chief Medical Director (CMD) of the National Orthopedic Hospital, Jos.

In a statement signed by Bere Gyang, the Director of Press and Public Affairs, Governor Mutfwang described Prof. Onche as a visionary leader and an exceptional physician. He commended Prof. Onche’s lifelong dedication to advancing healthcare, which has significantly impacted the diagnosis, treatment, and restoration of health for many.

The Governor applauded the Federal Government for making a strategic and well-deserved appointment. He expressed optimism that under Prof. Onche’s leadership, the hospital would enhance its capacity to deliver world-class orthopedic services across North-Central Nigeria and beyond, aligning with the Federal Government’s vision for healthcare excellence.

Governor Mutfwang expressed confidence in Prof. Onche’s ability to elevate the institution through his extensive experience and unwavering commitment to innovation, excellence, and patient-centered care in orthopedic medicine.

He further highlighted Prof. Onche’s dedication to addressing medical challenges, describing him as a beacon of hope and a champion of fairness and empathy in promoting inclusive and equitable healthcare services.

On behalf of the government and people of Plateau State, Governor Mutfwang offered his heartfelt congratulations to Prof. Onche and prayed for divine guidance, wisdom, and strength as he assumes the noble responsibility of advancing effective medical service delivery.
