Governorship Election In Kano/Jigawa States Would Be Fair, Hitch Free – Report

The forthcoming Gubernatorial and House of assembly elections in kano and Jigawa States would be peaceful especially when the security agencies and the national electoral body is working selflessly to ensure fair polls.

Our correspondent who visited some vital areas at both kano and Jigawa States reported that there is a collective efforts between the security agencies, parties stakeholders as well as the Independent National Electoral Commission to ensure that all is well during and after the elections.

At Hadejia local government area of Jigawa State, electorates disclosed that the Saturday’s Gubernatorial and House of assembly polls would be peaceful because there is good awareness from the electorates about the election process while the security agencies and party leaders remained very committed towards the success of the elections.

Most of the voters that has a chats with Daybreak News announced that the election in Jigawa state would be an exemplary because all hands were on deck to ensure that peace reign during the polls and after the declaration of the winners.

In kano state, our correspondent who was at Gwarzo local government area gathered that the executive chairman of the council Engineer Bashir Abdullahi Kutama and the security agents are working out strategies that would bring peace and progress during the polls.

Speaking about their readiness, Bashir Kutama said ” We are working day and night in order to ensure that the Gubernatorial and House of assembly elections is hitch-free, fair and peaceful in Gwarzo local government area, and I am happy with how our security agencies are making good efforts towards the success of this polls and by the grace of God the Almighty, all would be well”.
