The Albert Initiative for Development (AID) In solidarity with the APC National Chairman Prof Nentawe Yilwatda Goshwe has hosted a 2-day community program in Okobo Local Government Area, Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria.
Our Correspondent reports that the program, took place on the 19, September 2025, and Saturday, 20, September 2025, and featured a free medical outreach and commissioning of an electrical transformer.
A statement made available to reports reads that the medical outreach, took place at Lutheran Church, Esuk Inwang,and provided free specialized eye examination and treatment, blood pressure checks, malaria and serology screening, diabetic screenings, medical consultation, and distribution of medicated eyeglasses.
Additionally, assorted wrappers was distributed to aged widows, and customized exercise books was also shared to students in the communities.
The statement also reads that the commissioning of the electrical transformer at Atabong Clan marks the end of seven years of total blackout and nocturnal wonderland.
