Gunmen attack Jos airport quarters, abduct 3 residents

Unknown gunmen on Thursday night reportedly invaded the Jos Aviation quarters in the Heipang Area of Plateau State and abducted no fewer than three residents.

The gunmen who gained access into the quarters at the late hours of Thursday shot sporadically before whisking away the three victims which included a couple.

When contacted, the Police Public Relations Officer in Plateau State, ASP Ubah Gabriel Ogaba said that he needs more time to confirm the incident.

The PPRO simply said: “I heard of the report, but please give me more time so that I can confirm it to you”.
