Bella Shmurda Mourns Friend Mohbad and Vows to Care for His Son”

On the somber night of Thursday, November 2, 2023, Bella Shmurda, the grieving singer, poured out his heartache on his Instagram story, grappling with the profound sadness following the loss of his dear friend, Mohbad. With a heavy heart, Shmurda shared his struggle to find solace and happiness in the wake of this devastating event.

In a poignant post, he expressed, “You told me to stop it. I have been trying. I just hope you’re okay where you are, because I have not been happy for days. I have been drinking and grappling with how to move on.”

The passing of Mohbad on September 12, 2023, left a void, leaving behind his wife Wunmi and their young son Liam. In the face of this tragedy, Shmurda made a solemn vow. He pledged to care for Mohbad’s child, ensuring that the little one would always cherish the memory of his father. Having welcomed his own son in July 2023, Shmurda committed to sharing his love and support between both children.

He affirmed, “It’s heartbreaking that Abiola Imole never got to know you. But rest assured that I will tell your story, and I will ensure our son is taken care of. I’m channeling all the love to our sons. In a way, I’m establishing Bella and Sons Inc., honoring the bond we shared and the promise I made to you.”
