The Jigawa State chapter of the All Farmers Association (AFAN) has congratulated the government and people of the state on the occasion of the state’s 32nd anniversary celebration, where the association expressed its readiness to boost food production and economic progress.
In a press statement signed and issued to newsmen in Dutse by the association’s executive chaidman, Alhaji Idris Yau Mai Unguwa Jaga adding that Jigawa state is rapidly advancing in every sector due to the collective efforts being made by the past administrators which is a great progress.
” AFAN is happy to state that Jigawa state is now one of the best state created in 32 years back, our past leaders remained committed to ensure that Jigawa become a pride to it’s citizens and those living in the state, while the present administration has commenced putting the state on the solid stage which indicates that in the near future, Jigawa would become an examplary domain”.
Mai Unguwa Jaga called on the good people of Jigawa to contribute more for the good devet of the state at both rural and urban settlements, where he commended governor Umar Namadi for bringing out excellent programmes that are beneficial to the people of all categories.
” on behalf of the entire state executives of our great association, the local governments leaders and members of the association, AFAN prayed for the betterment of Jugawa state and bring bumper harvest at the end of this rainy season”.
