Jigawa stand still as PDP flags off 2019 campaign

Dutse State capital of Jigawa state stood still as people trooped out in their numbers to witness the kick off of the Peoples Democratic party 2019 campaign.

The event that witnessed a mammoth crowd was organized to flag of 2019 campaign and as an answer to the ruling party APC in the state that has been claiming the PDP is dead in the state.

The All progressive Congress APC has recently received some of the PDP bigwigs in its fold where governor Muhammad Badaru Abubakar explained that with the defection of top PDP members to the APC in the state is a clear testimony PDP is dead in the state.

Responding on the claims the former Jigawa state governor Alhaji Sule Lamido said that the crowd is enough to answer Badaru’ claims.

“Silent is a good answer for the fool” He stated.

He explained that it is also a clear indication that Nigerians are tired of the APC leadership and are ready to votes it out in the coming 2019 general election.

He urged the party supporters to come out in mass to ensure the party victory in the coming election.

Former chairman governors forum Alhaji Babangida Aliyu Mu’azu and governor of Niger state,former Kaduna state governors Lamaran Yero and Ahmad Makarfi have also grace the occasion.
