Kaduna Former Speaker Emerges Victor in State Bye-Election

Yusuf Liman, the former Speaker of the Kaduna State House of Assembly, clinched victory in the Makera state constituency bye-election held on Saturday, as announced by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).
