Kano, Bichi, Gaya, Karate And Rank Emirates To Hold Hawan Sallah Tomorrow

The five emirates councils comprising Kano, Bichi, Gaya, Karaye and Rano would hold the annual traditional Hawan Sallah tomorrow in order to mark the end of 2021 Ramadan.

The five emirates gave the statement after due consultations where an excellent preparations has been made to ensure that the Sallah celebrations remained juicy, while the security operatives in the state were working out modeelities to ensure hitch free events.

Our correspondent who was able to visits all the five emirates reported that all hands remained on decks to makes the traditional Hawan Sallah more peaceful, interesting and entertaining, while the traditional tittle holders are also busy preparing for the ceremony after eid prayers in different locations.

Most of the residents that talk to Daybreak News states that the traditional Hawan Sallah has at least two effects, first to entertain, unite, educate the people on traditional rulership and secondly to restore peace and unity and loving one another.

Alhaji Musa Sani, the ward head of Danrimi under Rafin Malam Village, Fagge local government area said that” if you look at how the people who are mostly youths are enjoying the traditional Hawan Sallah, you would agree with me that the events is a good remedy to sitting at home boring, therefore we thank God that all our emirate councils would participate to show culture”. He concluded.

Similarly, most of the children that had a chat with Daybreak News opines that the traditional Hawan Sallah is one of the best medium that promotes peace and unity in our heritages, where they prayed that peace and unity would become permanent in this great nation.
