KEDCO Set To Commence Mega Taskforce On Meter Functionality In Franchise Area

Kano electricity Distribution Company (KEDCO) is set to commence Mega task force on meter functionality in houses across Kano, Jigawa and Katsina states this week in order to ensure that all their installed meters are functioning as expected.

This was contained in a press statement signed and issues to newsman in Kano by the KEDCO’s head of corporate communication, Ibrahim Sani Shawai adding that ” Any customer caught with the offense of meter bypass or any form of illegal connection would be made to face the penalties as stipulated by the law” the statement concluded.

It is now clear that KEDCO is working selflessly to ensure the provision of constant power supply in it’s franchise area urging the consumers to ensure that their bills are paid in order to enable the company meets the demands of the general public on the issue of uninterrupted electricity supply.
