Malam Ibrahim Khaleel Described Late Zubairu Shaba As A Dedicated Journalist.

A Reknown Islamic scholar and philosopher Malam Ibrahim Khalill has described the death of Malam Zubairu Shaba as a great lost to Nigerian Journalists and Journalism profession in Nigeria.

During a condolence visit to the families of late Malam Zubairu Shaba during the weekend, Malam Khaleel said the deceased was one of his very closed associates among the Journalists that contributed in the propagation of islam in Kano.

He described late Malam Zubairu Shaba as a highly principled, peace loving and dedicative journalist that call a spade a spade.

” I always enjoyed his reportings of the facts without misinterpretation and exaggeration ” he said .

Sheikh Ibrahim Khalil further urged the journalists and media houses to report facts as they are for the peaceful coexistence of the general public and maintenance of media integrity in the profession.

In their own condolence messages The Walin Daura Alhaji Baba Buhari , Katukan Kano and Pakistani Consul General in Nigeria Alhaji Ahmad Ibrahim Yakasai, Alhaji Saidu Dattijo Adhama Chairman Jalla Radio and Television, Alhaji Mustapaha Dan Isan Lapai, Allhaji Mustapha Garba Maisikeli Chairman Trovan Victims Forum and Malam Abba Dabo the Chairman of Premier FM Radio and Television called on Nigerian Journalists to emulate the life, conducts and habit of Malam Zubairu Shaba in promoting peaceful coexistence among the general public.

Before his death, Alhaji Zubairu Shaba has worked with General Yakubu Gown at Dodan Barrack in the 1970s, Nigeria Prison Service, Lagos in 1975 , New Nigerian Newspapers, Hotline Magazine, The Market Magazine, Triumph Newspapers, Daily Trust Newspapers among many other media organisations in the country.
