Man Sentenced to 8 Months for Stealing Motorcycle in Kaduna

The theft occurred on February 10, 2025, at around 5:00 AM when the complainant, who had gone to the mosque for morning prayers, discovered that his motorcycle was missing. Upon reporting the incident to the State Criminal Investigation and Intelligence Department (SCIID), a team of detectives swiftly apprehended Adamu. During questioning, Adamu confessed to selling the stolen motorcycle for ₦50,000.

This crime violated the Penal Code of Kaduna State, 2017, and has led to Adamu’s conviction for his criminal actions.
