Managing Director Urges Cooperation with New Permanent Secretary

 

The Managing Director of Kano Rural Electrification Board, Engineer Sani Bala, has urged staff to cooperate with the new Permanent Secretary of the Ministry for Rural and Community Development, Hajiya Fatima Adamu, to ensure effective discharge of her duties.

Engineer Sani Bala made this appeal while receiving the new Permanent Secretary in his office. He assured her of a harmonious working environment, emphasizing the commitment of staff to helping the Board excel in its activities. He also expressed gratitude for her visit.

During her familiarization tour, Hajiya Fatima Adamu visited key offices, including the Rural Access and Mobility (RAM) department under the Director General, Engineer Sarki Ahmad. Engr. Ahmad commended her visit and pledged full support and cooperation from his team. He also thanked Governor Engineer Abba Kabir Yusuf for appointing her as Permanent Secretary of the Ministry for Rural and Community Development.

In her remarks, Hajiya Fatima Adamu expressed appreciation to Governor Engineer Abba Kabir Yusuf for entrusting her with the role. She assured the staff of the Ministry and its Boards of her commitment to working diligently towards the Ministry’s goals.

The press statement, signed and issued by Farouk Ghali Masanawa, the Public Relations Officer (PRO) of the Ministry for Rural and Community Development, highlighted her dedication to ensuring progress across all departments under her supervision.
