May D names Jude Okoye as reason why he cancelled interview with Ubi Franklin

Singer May D revealed why he decided to cancel an interview he had schedule with music executive turned blogger, Ubi Franklin.

May D was scheduled to appear on Ubi Franklin’s Instagram live chat but cancelled the event just hours after his former record associate Jude Okoye appeared on the same platform.

“The interview with May D has been cancelled. From a Whatsapp message he sent to me a few minutes ago, he said his management declined the interview after we both agreed”, Ubi Franklin tweeted.

May D took to Twitter in response to the announcement by Ubi Franklin. According to him, he declined the interview because he knows Ubi Franklin is on Jude’s side.

He said, “Because I know you are on Jude’s side, I know u don’t like me, bro! F*ck day”

Last year, May D denied claims that he was accommodated by singer Wizkid who stole his melody..

He tweeted: ”It has been brought to my attention some false news going around saying Wiz accommodated me & gave me drugs as well as stole my melody. None of this is true. We both collaborated on a track called “Bamilo” which we never shot a video for & that’s that!

“For some people to try and bring down a Legend of our time !! I can’t believe this @wizkidayo God will keep uplifting you and you will keep breaking boundaries!!! And as for you guys, Make we no see for road!”
