Minister Umahi’s Christmas Message: Prayers for a United and Prosperous Nigeria

The Honorable Minister of Works, Senator David Umahi CON, has extended his heartfelt Christmas message, emphasizing unity, love, and the importance of collective efforts to achieve a greater Nigeria.

In his statement, Senator Umahi expressed joy at the season’s significance, reflecting on the hope and salvation brought by the birth of Jesus Christ.

“On this momentous occasion of Christmas, I am profoundly delighted to share in the joy and hope of everlasting salvation that our Lord Jesus Christ brings. This celebration calls for gratitude, boundless generosity, and selfless service—values essential for creating a better world,” he remarked.

The minister urged Nigerians to renew their commitment to peace, progress, and national unity, emphasizing that the country requires the dedication of all its citizens.

Highlighting the achievements of the Tinubu-led administration, Umahi noted improvements in governance, economic growth, and infrastructure development. He specifically mentioned advancements in road infrastructure under the Renewed Hope agenda, which aims to foster national development and private sector engagement.

“As we celebrate, let us reciprocate faith, hope, solidarity, and love for our nation. Together, we can build a Nigeria of peace and prosperity,” Umahi urged.

He also extended special greetings to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu GCFR, commending his leadership and contributions to the nation’s progress.

In closing, the minister lauded the management and staff of the Federal Ministry of Works for their dedication to advancing the Renewed Hope agenda, reaffirming his belief that a brighter future is achievable through unity and perseverance.
