Wife of the Kogi State Governor, Mrs. Rashida Bello has been appointed as North Central Zonal Coordinator by Her Excellency, Wife of the President, Mrs Aisha Buhari for the re – election of His Excellency, President Mohammadu Buhari.
Mrs Rashida Bello, in her new capacity is expected to coordinate activities among women and youths in the north central zone towards the reelection of president Buhari.
Mrs. Rashida Bello has always been a social mobilizer and a champion of youths, women and the less privilege through her various pet projects.
Mrs Bwllo has expressed gratitude to the President’s Wife Mes Aisha Buhari and the campaign team for their believe in her capacity to coordinate and preside over the campaign affairs of the North central women in order to deliver on the national mandate and lead the party to victory in the re -election of President Muhammadu Buhari during the general elections in February 2019.
As Coordinator of the North central women Mrs Rashida Bello has assured that she will mobilise women in the zone to ensure that President Buhari gets a landslide victory.
A statement signed by her Senior, Special Assistant on media, Mrs. Olamide Adesoro also called on all political and religious leaders in the zone to support Mrs. Bello in her new capacity.
She also t admonish their followers to eschew all acts of bitterness and violence during and after the general election.
