NGO, Female Agency To Support Traditional, Religious Leaders

An NGO, Keeping Girls in Schools paid advocacy visit to Female Continuing Education.

They were received on arrival by the Special Adviser on Women Education, Hajiya Aisha Maina.

Various ways to support traditional and religious leaders to take lead in ensuring that adolescent girls in their communities were discussed.

Maina said another reason was to enroll and complete secondary school education and gain empowerment with livelyhood and then challenged all drop outs and those who wished to continue with their education to come to their office for proper process of advancing their education.

She also discussed many ways where education must be used before success is achieved.
