“Nothing is working”: Nkechi Blessing’s Boyfriend Appeals to President Tinubu

Eseoghene Obire, known as Xxssive and the boyfriend of Nollywood actress Nkechi Blessing, has publicly appealed to President Tinubu. In a post on his Instagram page, the Special Adviser to the Delta State Governor on New Media highlighted the country’s current state of dysfunction, urging the President to take action.

Addressing Tinubu, Obire pleaded for urgent intervention, emphasizing that Nigerians are pleading for the country to be fixed. He wrote, “Abeg na beg we dey at this point. Nothing is working. Na beg we dey Mr. President @officialasiwajubat.”

In the comments section, many echoed Obire’s sentiments, expressing frustration over the country’s situation. One commenter observed that Tinubu’s ten months in office seemed worse than Buhari’s eight years, while others lamented the pervasive suffering and hunger experienced by many Nigerians.

This appeal follows similar calls from public figures like Laura Ikeji, who recently addressed President Tinubu regarding the deteriorating Nigerian economy. In her Instagram story, Ikeji offered to assist the government, emphasizing the urgent need for intervention.

Additionally, actor Yul Edochie shared an encouraging message with Nigerians, acknowledging the hardships but expressing optimism for better days ahead. Meanwhile, Nollywood actor Olaiya Igwe issued an apology to Nigerians for his previous campaign in support of Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s presidential bid. Igwe, who garnered attention last year for a video praying for Tinubu’s success, attributed his actions to his gratitude towards Tinubu for his support.
