Ogun State workers call off strike

Breaking: Ogun Workers Embark On Warning Strike | iBrandTV

Workers in Ogun State on Friday afternoon called off their warning strike following the agreement reached with the organised labour unions by the state government to address their .

The Nation reports that the state government agreed to address workers’ demands which are; payment of minimum wage, gratuity among others.

The warning strike began on Wednesday this week.

The Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) Chairman in Ogun state, Emmanuel Bankole, who announced this at the Oke – Mosan Governor’s Office after long hours of meeting with the labour leaders and the government representatives, called on the workers to return to their duty post immediately.
