Phyna Denied Entry to Lagos Restaurant Over “Indecent Dressing”

By   Milcah   Tanimu

Big Brother Naija season 7 winner, Phyna, recently shared her surprising experience of being denied entry into a Lagos restaurant due to her outfit. The 27-year-old reality TV star had gone to dine at Cali Restaurant but was turned away because the management deemed her attire inappropriate.

Phyna, who was dressed in a revealing black jumpsuit and sporting a burgundy afro wig, took to her X (formerly Twitter) page to express her frustration. She posted a video showcasing her outfit and jokingly captioned it: “So I went to have dinner at one CALI RESTAURANT Abi what they call the place😂😂😂 omo they said I’m dressed indecently and I can’t enter o. WTF!!!!!”

The incident sparked a mix of reactions online. Some users criticized Phyna’s outfit, while others defended the restaurant’s decision, saying it had every right to enforce its dress code.

Phyna’s public fallout with her family, including her recent decision to disown her surname, has also been a topic of discussion. This follows claims from her father, Felix Otabor, that she abandoned the family after winning BBNaija.
