By Israel Adamu,Jos

Member-Elect Mangu North East, Hon. Amb Sani A. Idris Golden (Tafidan Panyam) has decried the persistent attacks on the indigenous people of Mangu LGA and most importantly people of his Constituency in mangu North East resulting in deaths, maiming and displacement of many from their ancestral homes.

Golden in his reaction to the attack which took place yesterday night in Fungzai, Kubwat villages of Kombun District, some part of Communities within Mangu Halle and his immediate village in Washna, Gwet, Mutong, Changai etc, in Mangu local government area stated that the frequency and consistency of these attacks across his LGA is an attempt by criminals to cow the people, and retard the development of the state and urged law enforcement agencies to redouble their efforts on this incident.

Golden in a statement sympathised with the peace loving people of Mangu; says His immediate LGA is known to be a peaceful place, hence, Government should rise up to her responsibility to secure the people and its territory without further delay.

He then maintained that there is need for leaders across divide and all walks of life to think outside the box for pragmatic solutions to this criminals attacks.

He remains optimistic that God Almighty shall give them the strength and wisdom when they come on board to rebuild the broken walls and make Plateau and Nigeria safe for all.
