Operatives from the Akwa Ibom State Police Command have eliminated a notorious kidnapping kingpin, Ubong Effiong Archibong, also known as ‘Condiment,’ who led the Bling Bling Marine Strike Force. This group was notorious for its criminal activities in the region.
