Ramat Cup: Goal feast in Kano

..as Oyo sends Ekiti packing 8-0

It was goal feast in Kano on Monday at the ongoing Ramat cup as 35 goals were recorded in the second day of the tourney.

Oyo state recorded the highest score as the team humiliated Ekiti state 8-0 just as Kano state outplayed Zamfara state 4-0,FCT were 1-4 losers against Sokoto state, ,Bauchi humbled Lagos 7-0,Kebbi and Osun ended 3-1.in favour of kebbi.

Kwara recorded the second victory of the tournament with a 3-2 score line against Kaduna while River and Ogun played out a 1-1 draw while Ogun were 2-0 victors against Zamfara in their second engagement of the day. Nasarawa state also got a 1-1 draw against Gombe.

Meanwhile Kano, Kwara an Oyo states have qualified to the quarter final stage of the competition scheduled for Wednesday.

In Tuesday’s matches, Gombe and Kwara will battle for honour just as Kaduna and Nasarawa will take the centre sage in group B, Ogun will confront Kano state as Rivers and zamfara will crown it up in group A, in group C Sokoto will engage Lagos state, Bauchi and FCT will play their last matches in group C, Osun and Oyo will battle it out just as Ekiti and Kebbi will take the center stage in group D
