I look forward to hosting future editions of this tournament at my university,” he added.

The final match of the tournament saw Greatness Sporting Club of Ebonyi state triumph over Qatar Academy of Bornu state in a penalty shootout after a tense 0-0 draw. In the third-place match, Tanko Baba Academy of Nasarawa state narrowly lost to Kebbi Selected, also on penalties, 5-4.
