Simple tips on becoming rich

The difference between the rich dude and the poor dude is in the head. The rich dude sees the world via a window of limitless opportunities while the poor dude sees a limited world.

Here are tips on how to enrich yourself:

Ditch the poverty mind-set

Making money requires to you have a wealth mind-set. You need to ditch the poverty mentality and believe that making money is possible. A lot of people don’t think making a certain amount is possible because no one in their generation has made that kind of money before. They think that all those who make millions on a monthly basis did so because of juju or evil deeds. They believe that there is no legal or moral business that can fetch you that much in your lifetime. If you have this kind of mentality, you are limiting yourself and doing yourself more harm than good. You are worthy of making millions. You can do it.

Hone your skill set

What is in your hand? Skills are an important thing to have if you want to make money. Certificates are good but certificates can only take you so far. Those who are wealthy today have done so largely because of the ideas and skills they have been able to commercialise. They have either sold the skills to make more millions or sold the ideas to make more money for themselves.
Even if you are doing a 9-5 now, do not let your skillset die off. Bill Gates became the billionaire he is today because he cultivated the interest and skills he had in computer engineering/software development this has placed him on a salary for life.

Mingle with the rich

Mingling with the rich will put you in the right position to listen to them talk and act. A lot of people will never tell you what they did to make money but when you begin to mingle in their circles, you can make do with observations. Read all you can about the wealthy entrepreneur you want to be like. Listen to his interviews and glean what you can from it. Do as they do not do as they say. If possible, take an internship in any of their companies so you can get first hand knowledge of how they make their money. Don’t beg them for money. It would only cheapen you in their eyes. Carry yourself with dignity until you can be as wealthy as they are.
Being wealthy is first of all a state of mind before physical manifestation. Act it.
