SKPF Denies Reports of Kaduna Finance Commissioner’s Arrest

By   Milcah   Tanimu

The Southern Kaduna Professionals Forum (SKPF) has rejected media claims that Kaduna State Finance Commissioner, Hon. Shizzer Bada, was arrested in Lagos on allegations of fraud. The group labeled the reports as “inaccurate and exaggerated.”

Arc. Samuel Yakubu, Acting National President of SKPF, condemned the purported attempt to tarnish Bada’s reputation, attributing it to “embittered politicians” with ulterior motives. Yakubu asserted that this is part of an ongoing effort to discredit Bada for political gain.

“The reports are inaccurate and exaggerated, aimed at intimidating and harassing Hon. Bada,” Yakubu stated. He urged journalists to verify information thoroughly before publication and advised the Anti-Graft Agency to be wary of potential manipulation.

The SKPF denounced those attempting to damage Bada’s image as “enemies of Kaduna State,” suggesting their actions are intended to undermine Governor Uba Sani’s administration. The forum praised Bada’s contributions to Governor Sani’s Sustain Agenda and called on the governor to safeguard his administration from such blackmail.
