SOKOTO; SS3, JSS3 To Resume Studies Tuesday 4th

All the SS 3 and JSS 3 Students across the state are to resume for academic activities on Tuesday the 4th of August 2020.

This was disclosed by the Commissioner for Basic and Secondary Education Dr MB Abubakar Guiwa

According to the Commissioner the final year students are therefore directed to report to their various Schools to enable them to prepare for their examinations.

He pointed out that the WAEC organised examination is to commence on the 17th of August, while BECE for JSS 3 is to start on the 24th of August.

Dr Bello Guiwa further explained that NABTEB examination will commence on the 21st of September, NBAIS on the 23rd of September and NECO examination to commence on the 5th of October 2020.

The Commissioner emphasized that all the necessary preparations for the full observance of Covid 19 protocols by the staff and students have been made by the state government.

He therefore appealed to all the stakeholders to join hands together for the success of the examinations .

A statement signed by the public relations officer of the Ministry Nura Bello Maikwanci said that the Commissioner also enjoyed parents and guardians to ensure the prompt resumption of their wards to Schools.
