Speaking to newsmen in Uyo shortly after the the flag off of the Presidential campaign in the Akwa Ibom state Capital, the South-East Zonal Coordinator and Chairman of PSC, Chamberlain Adiaso said the impressive turnout of supporters at the event was a good sign that the South South and South-East regions will join forces in voting massively for Buhari come 2019.

Adiaso ,a chieftain of APC further noted that President Buhari has done well for the South East and the South South regions maintained that the regions had never had it so good before under any administration, hence the need to work for his return so that more benefits would follow.

He cited the Home Grown School Feeding Programme (HGSFP) in all the South East states while there was random selection of states in other geopolitical zones, the second Niger Bridge project, the Enugu-Port Harcourt dual carriageway reconstruction and rehabilitation in Aba, Abia state, the investing of 5 million dollars in the Federal Medical Centre, Umuahia, to establish modern diagnostic centres amongst others as part of the foot prints of the Buhari administration in the South East.
