Taraba Head of Service, Mrs Suzie Nathan cautioned civil Servant on ethics

The newly appointed Head of Civil Service for Taraba state, Mrs Suzie Nathan has caution civil servant in Taraba on their attitude to Work.

The Head of Service who was on tour to Ministries, Board and Parastarters on Tuesday in Jalingo, said she is in Ministry of Agriculture to interact with workers on the need to observe the ethics of the civil service for proper productivity.

Mrs Suzie said despite the effort by the Taraba state Government to implement the new minimum wage in the state civil servant are not stick to their work and ethics of their profession by coming to work.

“I am not satisfied with the level in which civil servants in Taraba tune up for work.”

The Head of service caution those who are do for retirement to stop backdating their documents, but pave way for others to be employed.

She urged workers in Taraba to justify the purpose in which they are been employed for by coming to work to enable the state and  civil service move forward.

She lauded Governor Ishaku of Taraba for his promtp attention to Civil Servants in the state and urged the civil servants  to put more effort in their day to day duties to move the economy of Taraba and Nigeria forward.
