By Muhammad Ibrahim, Sokoto

Alhaji Altine Shehu said the call become necessary in view of the facts that non challant attitude to work nowadays by teachers of primary schools is unbecoming.

He stressed the need for teachers under Sokoto UBEB across the state to always put the fear of Supreme Creator in the discharge of their teaching profession as they would answer before Allah how they discharge their profession to children under them.

According to his Public Relations Officer, Abbas Tukur Sanyinna Kajiji wondered why teachers nowadays form the habit of going to their respective schools late at the detriment of leaders of tomorrow who have every right to get better education and good moral upbringing from their teachers.

” Very shameful to meet only a Head Teacher out of twenty three teachers of Shehu Malami MPS despite the fact that they are regularly paid salaries”.

Being him a retired teacher and upon his appointment to lead Sokoto SUBEB,he will continue to mount pressure on teachers to deliver while on the other hand he will fight for their improve welfare.
