LAND IN DISPUTE SUIT NO E/529/2022 ENUGU STATE HIGH 2 ENUGU STATE
It is of essence to alert the general public over and in respect of the recent development in Umunnugwu Ndiaga Pocket Layout Ugwuaji Awkunanaw Enugu South Local Government Area of Enugu State.
The said layout was executed by the accredited representatives of Umunnugwu Ndiaga Land Committee headed by their Chairman Mr. Anene Aninwene and other members as follows and other members SUNDAY ANI, ANENE ANINWENE EMEKA NYIA, HON. CHIMA ATU, MONDAY ATU, TOCHUKWU UGWU, IFEANYI NFAJI, CHIEF SOLOMON NYIA, AGBO DONATUS, IFEAKANDU EDEH, OKUDILI ANIAGU, SUNDAY NWUKWU, EMMANUE OGBODO, CHIBUIKE ENEH, OKWUDILI UGWU, CHIJIOKE EGBO, CHIZOBA ENEH, BONAVENTURE ANINWENE, HENRY OKOH, GIDEON UGWU
It is said to the greatest dismay and consternation that Hon. Chima Atu, Donatus Agbo, Henry Oko and others allegedly conspired with one notorious land grabber Ekweani C. N. aka (Sikkens) and have been defrauding the general public on the false claim of building an estate in peoples land.
A suit was commenced against Mr. Agbo Donatus, Hon. Chima Atu, Henry Oko and Ekweani C. N. aka (Sikkens) at High Court 2 Enugu in suit No E/529/2022 by Barr. Nweke Ikenna who is the plaintiff’s counsel from Obumneme S. Okafor & Associates, 14 Valid House GRA Enugu, Enugu State.
Mr. Ekweani C. N. aka (Sikkens) and his group has been avoiding to court process but justice must surely prevail, it is very imperative to inform the general public so that people will not be victim of these fraudulent acts.
