Wike hails President Tinubu for doing well in infrastructural Development

The Minister of the FCT, Nyesom Wike on Monday hailed President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for doing well in infrastructural development, particularly in the completion of the Abuja Light Rail project to be flagged off by the President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for commercial operations to mark his one year in office.

Wike gave the president the accolade after his last lap of inspection of the Abuja Light Rail project on Monday in preparation for official commissioning by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu Tinubu on May 29, 2024.

“President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has done very well. He is reassuring Nigerians that he is committed to delivering the dividends of democracy. There are so many areas of attention, one year is really not enough for you to expect 100 percent, but from what you’ve seen on the ground, there is hope for Nigerian.”

Also speaking about the level of the completion of Abuja Light Rail project, the FCT Minister said, “We are good to go, for the president, it’s a promise made and a promise kept. Firstly, we are very happy that all our efforts have come to fruition. It’s no longer a story, but a reality.”

According to him, You can see that Mr. President has done very well, not only in physical infrastructure, but human capital development. Nothing in this world is better than a career prospect, Am sure, the civil servants in the FCT are very happy their hopes have been rekindled. Their hopes have been restored.
