Maryam Tambuwal Fulfill Pledge Of N500,000 To Islamiyya School

The wife of the Sokoto State Governor Hajiya Mariya Aminu Waziri Tambuwal redeemed the pledge of five hundred thousand naira to Nizzamiya Islamiyya school Sanyinna.

The cash was in fulfilment of the promise she made during the fund raising organised by the school about a month ago.

The money was in addition to bundles of school uniform that could cater for 300 pupils alongside other learning materials such as exercise books,pens,pencils,registers and masking tape to improve teaching and learning in the school.

Hajiya Mariya Aminu Waziri also awarded ten thousand naira each to the five best performing students at the just concluded musabaqa in the school.

She was represented at the handing over ceremony by her Special Adviser Alhaji Adamu Abdulkadir.
