Jigawa State chapter of the All Farmers Association (AFAN) has issued a congratulatory message to Alhaji Auwal Danladi Sankara on his recent appointment and swearing in as commissioner for special duties and Overseer of the state’s ministry of agriculture.
In a statement issued to newsmen in Dutse, by the Jigawa state AFAN chairman Alhaji Idris Yau Mai Unguwa through the public relation’s officer of the association Malam Husaini Mahmoud Dutse disclosed that the appointment was done on merit.
The statement read ” The All Farmers Association Of Nigeria Jigawa State Chapter wish to issue a Congratulates Hon. Auwal Danladi Sankara on his new appointment as the Jigawa state commissioner for special duties and an overseer of the ministry of agriculture which is another feather to the Jigawa state’s Farmers caps”.
Furthermore, Alhaji Idris Yau Mai Unguwa described Hon. Auwal Danladi Sankara as a hard-working leader who always gives his utmost contribution to the progress of Jigawa state, where he thanked the executive governor of the state, Alhaji Muhammad Badaru Abubakar and his deputy Alhaji Umar Namadi.
In conclusion, Mai Unguwa assured that AFAN would continue to partner Jigawa state government in order to facilitate agriculture at both dry and rainfed seasons, where he commended the Jigawa state farmers for their usual cooperation and support to the association.
