Sokoto Chapter of the All Progressive Congress has inaugurated campaign Committee Council to effect its campaigns in the state for the forthcoming 2023 general elections.
This followed selection of capable members who can sale the party and its contesting candidates.
Speaking at the brief ceremony,the party chairman,Isah Sadiq Achida challenged them to perform the duty assigned to them in order to establish progressive government that cares for its citizens.
However,Achida urged all major stakeholders and members to publicise the importance of PVCs especially in the coming crucial period of changing governments for better.
Chairman of the campaign committee,Senator Aliyu Magatakarda Wamakko similarly called on all party supporters to come out enmass alongside their families to vote APC contesting candidates from Presidency to Councillorship.
“We will not relent,we are capable and shall in the name of the Supreme Creator win all positions come 2023 elections”,averred Wamakko.
Speakers after speakers of the campaign committee pledged to exhibit their best for the development of all and similarly promised to sale their candidates in the nooks and corners of the state.
Zonal Women Leader, Hadiza Abubakar Shagari similarly promised to mobilize women for the party to become acceptable in order to win all political positions.
