UNICEF In Collaboration With Agency For Mass Education Conducts Workshop For Qur’anic Schools

A one day sensitisation work shop for proprietors of Quranic schools on the introduction of literacy and numeracy in integrated Quranic schools organized by Unicef in collaboration with the sokoto State Agency for Mass education open today in sokoto.
      The workshop holding in the conference hall of shukura Corel hotel sokoto was declared open by the special adviser state agency for mass education Alh Umar Mohammed Masari who charged the participants to make best use of the opportunity provided by the training for the benefit of the society
    The special adviser said that the 100 participants 10 each from 10 local government areas of the state are expected to support the integration of western education into Quranic schools system.
       In his remark the permanent secretary of the agency Malam Abdullahi S.Danko thanked the Unicef for organizing the workshop.
         The ceremony was attended by All the Directors of the agency.
