Nollywood Actor Azeez Ijaduade Allegedly Shot by Ogun State Police Officer

Azeez Ololade Ijaduade, a popular Nigerian actor, movie director, and producer, is reportedly in critical condition after being shot by a trigger-happy policeman in Iperu, Ogun State. The actor is currently receiving medical attention at Babcock University Teaching Hospital.

Colleague Abiodun Adebanjo shared the concerning news via a midnight Instagram story, urging for assistance in Iperu. The post appealed for help and included a plea for anyone with contacts for the Police IG or Commissioner to reach out.

As of now, specific details surrounding the incident remain unclear, and attempts to contact the Ogun State Police PPRO, Omolola Odutola, for further information have been unsuccessful.

Further updates on the situation are expected.
