Why we’re building church in APC secretariat – Ganduje

Abdullahi Ganduje, the National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), clarified that the ongoing renovations at the party’s national secretariat in Abuja, including the construction of a church, are aimed at enhancing the progress of both the party and the nation. Ganduje emphasized that these innovations, such as the addition of a church and concrete drainage, are implemented for the benefit of the party and its members.

Addressing the media during a visit to the remodeled secretariat, Ganduje highlighted the significance of the new church, stating that it didn’t exist before. He also mentioned the construction of shops to discourage street hawking around the building and the installation of concrete drainage.

Commenting on the media center’s improvements, Ganduje expressed his desire to see it as a digital platform, emphasizing the need for modern gadgets and technology.

Ganduje pledged to work diligently to secure more governorship and legislative seats for the APC at both state and national levels. He stressed the party’s commitment to remaining active throughout the year, not just during election periods, in line with the practices of developed democracies.

As the APC prepares for upcoming reruns, by-elections, and governorship elections in Edo and Ondo states, Ganduje outlined their blueprint to increase the number of legislators and governors in the country.

Meanwhile, the sale of APC nomination and expression of interest forms for the Edo governorship aspirants has commenced, with former Minister Clem Agba being the first to pick up the forms. The party’s primary election to select its governorship candidate in Edo is scheduled for February 17.
