Transition Implementation Committee Chairman of Riyom Local government council of Plateau state Hon Sati Bature Shuwa , has lauded Governor Caleb Mutfwang for exhibiting unusual bravery and investment in infrastructure development amid the legal tussles which confronted him in his first year of office .
He also added that Gov Mutfwang is making conscious and deliberate efforts to improve the ease of doing business in the state.
He said that the on-going massive infrastructural development in the state, the massive revamping of the transport sector as well as the signing of the Executive Order to control illegal erection of buildings and traffic in the state by the Governor were part of strategies to make Plateau an investor -friendly state.
The Council Boss said that one of the major preoccupation of the current administration in is to restore the glory days of Plateau and make the state, the destination of investors.
Speaking to journalists in Jos on Tuesday ,Hon Bature Shuwa said the governor has performed excellently well in his first year in office, delivering on his campaign promises .
According to him , from agriculture ,welfare and security, through education and healthcare, to infrastructure and transportation the governor has performed exceedingly well and deserves the support of all Plateau people to consolidate on his achievements.
He noted that the Caleb Mutfwang -led government remains committed to fixing roads, facilitating the expansion of existing businesses and ensuring a vibrant, boisterous state that all residents in the state will be proud to be associated with.
” Governor Caleb Mutfwang has delivered quality projects , This is the first year of this government and the governor has already done so much for Plateau people and I am confident he would continue to do more .
Governor Caleb Mutfwang’s administration has implemented series of reforms to improve the state’s ranking and ease of doing business.
“We have a very modest God fearing and transparent Personality as Governor , I call on the people of the state to continue to support him at all times ” he added.
